HRA Violations vs SCC Violations
Some concerns that are reported to the HRA are SCC Code Violations. Residents can directly notify SCC of violations; It's the most efficient and effective recourse. SCC will update you as to the status of your complaint as well.
HRA Forms are Online
Architectural Request Form is required for any exterior improvements or changes you plan to make to home or land. It can be easily submitted online, or printed and completed.
